How many memberships are you actually paying for each month? SubMate keeps them all in one place — snap a screenshot to add them, get reminded before you're charged, and know exactly where your money goes.
Works on macOS 13+ · Apple Silicon & Intel
Video, music, AI tools, cloud storage… a dozen memberships sneak up on you over a year.
SubMate helps you see them all — and keep your money.
From adding to reminding, every step saves you effort.
Copy a billing screenshot or pick an image — on-device OCR reads the name, amount and cycle. One entry in seconds, no typing.
Set how many days ahead, and get notified before you're charged. No more surprise auto-renewals.
See exactly how much per month and per year, and how many are active — at a glance.
No need to open the main window — one click on the menu bar shows this month's spend and what's due.
USD, EUR, JPY and more are converted automatically, so subscriptions across services add up cleanly.
All your data stays on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud, nothing is collected.
We build a tool to manage subscriptions, so we won't make you start another one. Free updates included.
macOS 13 (Ventura) and later, on both Apple Silicon and Intel. An iOS version is on the roadmap.
Yes. All subscription data is stored locally on your Mac. The app doesn't upload anything or collect any personal information.
It uses Apple's built-in Vision framework to read text on-device. No internet needed, and your screenshots never leave your Mac.
No. Pro is a one-time purchase — pay once, use forever, with free future updates.
SubMate has no account — your license is tied to your Creem purchase email. Check your inbox for the receipt from CREEM.IO STORE (search no-reply@creem.io). Or visit creem.io/my-orders/login, enter the email you used to buy, and open your order to view the key. You can use the same key again after reinstall or on a new Mac.

① Open the downloaded SubMate.dmg and drag SubMate into Applications.
② In Applications, right-click SubMate → Open, then click "Open" again in the dialog.
You only need to do this once.
